Jenis yoga ini memang banyak diikuti oleh orang dengan penyakit chronic backpain, tidak mengherankan jika kelas yang saya ambil mayoritas diikuti oleh orang lanjut usia. Biasanya pagi hari, siang hari di tengah-tengah aktivitas jika bagian panggul saya mulai nyeri dan malam hari sebelum tidur. Rencananya, saya akan terus berlatih Iyengar yoga, bukan saja untuk menyembuhkan lower backpain tetapi juga untuk menguatkan core sehingga saya bisa kembali berlari.
