Browsing through the isles of my home town library, I wasn't quite sure what book I wanted to take out. My daughter tagging along, hiding here and there, distracting me made the task harder - so I thought. Masaru Emoto's book has awakened me once again, I say once again as the content and idea of the book isn't foreign to me, but often we let life put us in a hypnotic state and we forget the beauty of life and we forget how powerful we truly are. Beyond the realization of the incredible and undeniable need for water on Earth, from ourselves to plants, and animals. But nothing will make it clearer than your own experiment, so go ahead and get two little pots with soil and plant a seed. Now imagine the power of your words with your children, your spouse, your friends and colleagues.
I am not done with the book The Secret Life of Water, but already the first chapter has awakened my consciousness to a level where I take care to speak good words, be mindful of good thoughts and catch my self when I deviate. Another observation I have made is that every well formed crystal, as any snowflake you look at under microscope, is an hexagon. Getting safe and reliable drinking water while traveling is not always easy, but there are ways to get it if you’re willing to prepare and work for it. I find it interesting that some people can claim to be pro-life, yet are also pro-gun and advocate the use of deadly force for self-defence. I heard a lot of good things about this book before I read it, and I decided to read the book Masaru Emoto wrote called the Secret Life of Water.
Since water makes up so much of our bodies, it really makes sense to understand water more than we do, I’m very grateful for this book. I must say I was pretty excited to read what Masaru Emoto has put together with this book, I was real sure what I’d actually get out of it, but I now have a new outlook on water. Emoto-san first took an interest with water when he was a child and almost drown, his mother told him it was best to never struggle with water for you can actually float on it.

He later had an experience with healing water after hurting his ankle.  When the water was applied to his ankle the pain had gone away.
With these experiences with water, he started to wonder what story it could tell, what is hidden in water and why does it work as it does. In the city water, or dirty contaminated water; no crystals had formed, or very slight ones in some cases. He later learned that pure water that was submitted to positive and negative affirmations also took on different crystal shapes. What he noticed was that, you could watch them grow and take shape and beauty, and this would last about two minutes.
So Masaru Emoto decided to take this a step further and submit the water to different religions and even words spoken in different languages to find that each created beautiful crystalizing results. He also tested the water with music, and found that music had a very interesting and beautiful effect on water.
He even released a music CD for the healing purposes of music because of the results he had with the water. Emoto-san believes in the healing power of music, and says it is more powerful for healing than an actual art form. Even different plants and herbs have beautiful effects on water.  This book is full of great crystal photos to look at and see the wonderful effects that all of his experiments have had on water. For starters, I loved it because it was an honest look at water and its healing effects as seen through Masaru Emoto experiments.
What he showed the world is water truly has a life of its own, and through the effects of different positive and negative stimuli.
Since most of our bodies are made up of water, this book has really made it clear to me how important it is to put good water and good vibrations into our bodies. He also brought a better understanding of homeopathy to me, and through this understanding I realize that it is the vibration of the plants that make bring the healing effects through the water.

This fits into Project Mindset quite well, and I’m glad that I can offer you this great idea for health as it affects the water we drink and are made up of.
I decided to use the method taught by one of my all time favorite author Linda Goodman - I asked my higher Self to guide me to the one I should be reading.
At some point I raised my whispering voice breaking the library rule to get her to stand by me. This book helps you understand the other undeniable truth of the power of your thoughts and words. Alan is a pianist, and his works are brilliant, I went to You Tube and listened to what I could find. She listened but not after pushing a bunch of books causing a few others to fall off the shelf on the other side. Every time you water the plant, express out loud to it the words " I love you" with one and "you fool" with the other. This experiment was portrayed briefly in the film "What the Bleep do we know" which I recommend after you've read the book. As she picked up the last one, she said "how 'bout this one mommy?" and I glanced at it and was drawn to it. The one you evoke beautiful, and positive energy and thought will grow bigger and stronger.
Cleverly titled "The Secret Life of Water", nothing like the word "secret" to get your attention.
